Jan Bigs recording artiste Nesbeth has scored his third number one single with A Nuh Suh Mi Waan Live, which roared to the top of the Jamaica Music Countdown Charts recently. The song has held the pole position for the last three weeks, and is already vaulting up a number of overseas charts.
“It feels good to score another number one, that shows that the public is really responding to my material and people are listening to what I have to say," Nesbeth said in a release.
Nesbeth scored number one hits with 'Boardhouse' and 'Drive By', which was also produced on the Jan Bigs record label.
Nesbeth also co-produced the single alongside noted upcoming talent Conrad Clark for the St. Andrew-based Jan Bigs label.
The artiste, who blasted onto the local scene with his breakout hit song Board House, has made a resolute vow to only produce high quality, well-produced music this year.
"Mi just a go continue to do real authentic music and record real positive music that can reach out to the people, I have found that the production value is important to the longevity of your work, and I plan to be around for a long time, so I have to spend the time to put out quality work that can stand the test of time," he said.
Other recent songs such as Too Much and Can't Waste Nuh Time have also been receiving favourable airplay on local and overseas radio stations.
He recently returned to Jamaica from a show in Brooklyn, New York where he performed alongside Ginjah, Tanto Metro and Devonte. He is now busy in studio working on new songs as well as promoting his latest single, Nuh Safe Again, on the Unique Record label.
Nesbeth is also expecting big things from his recent collaboration with Kush Hunta titled Everyday.
"The song a get some good spin man. Is a real spiritual vibe wi a gi off pon di track. It have a wicked punchline inna it too," he said.
