After last week's staging of the event in St Andrew, there was some speculation that both parties were involved in an altercation. However, when contacted, they both denied the claims.
After last week's staging of the event in St Andrew, there was some speculation that both parties were involved in an altercation. However, when contacted, they both denied the claims.
Ryno who was at the event said, he took the microphone after Beenie Man performed and on completion of his song he noticed some commotion in the crowd, "After mi let go the mic, mi see a whole heap a thing a gwaan inna di crowd,"
This comes on the heels of an incident that occurred in September 2010 in which Boom Boom was hospitalized. The selector claimed that the assault was carried out by affiliates of Blak Ryno, after a CD that was sent to be played was not played.
Meanwhile, Boom Boom also dismissed allegations of an altercation.
"No incident neva gwaan. Di only incident weh gwaan is when mi start play and shell down the place. Me and Ryno no have no feud nor nutten. Me and him nuh talk like that but me and him nuh have no vibes like that," he said.
