Khago Beefs Up Security, Hires Armed Escorts

Dancehall deejay Khago currently embroiled in a lyrical war of words with Rastafarian singjay Sizzla Kalonji is not taking the alleged threats on his life lightly.

The controversial deejay now under the Downsound Records imprint was earlier this week spotted at a popular weekly event being escorted by armed security detailing. It's understood Khago was forced to take the drastic measure after thugs allegedly aligned to Sizzla's camp had issued death threats to the 'Suicide War' singer. A claim that's vehemently refuted by Kalonji and members of his immediate team.

Aside from deny the allegations of threatening the young singer, Sizzla also declined to comment on the present situation.
On Friday, June 22 during an interview with Entertainment Report (ER), [watch interview] Khago was observed wearing what appeared to be a bulletproof vest inside the recording studio.

Apparently, the debacle started when Khago responded to a diss track by Sizzla titled 'Hurry Come Up' with the counteraction 'Nutten, labelling the Judgement Yard native a Rasta imposter and Reggae Bully.
