Vybz Kartel Gets Bail Again, But Remains In Custody

Controversial Dancehall star Vybz Kartel  on Tuesday, November 27th was offered bail in the sum of Jamaican half million dollars (J$500,000) with surety when he appeared before the Corporate Area Criminal Court after being charged with perverting the course of justice in connection with the murder of Clive 'Lizard ' Williams.

The Gaza boss however remains in custody after he was refused bail in the murder case of Clive 'Lizard' Williams. The self proclaimed 'World Boss' is scheduled to return to court on January 25, 2013 when the case is set for mention again. 

Kartel whose given name is Adidja Palmer and co-accused Vanessa 'Gaza Slim' Sadler and Andre 'Pim Pim'  Henry are charged with attempting to pervert the course of Justice in relation to the murder of Clive 'Lizard ' Williams. Slim and Pim Pim had their bails extended however Kartel was remanded in custody on a murder charge in relation to Clive 'Lizard' Williams.

Earlier this year (March 23) the 'Bail For Me' singer was also granted bail in the sum of J$3 million for the murder charge relating to the death of Barrington 'Bossie' Bryan.
