Each year downtown Kingston comes alive on New Years Eve with the sound of fireworks. Well this year, for the very first time, Dancehall deejay Busy Signal will ignite the “Fireworks on the Waterfront” stage with a performance that will signal the start of 2013.
Prism Marketing understands that when his management received the call asking for him to be a part of this annual event, Busy did not hesitate to accept the offer and waive all performance fees. Fresh off his memorable homecoming celebration at “Sting” that had everyone talking, Busy wants to do more for his country and perform for those who he knew supported him through his recent incarceration. He promises to continue the positive flow of energy that the Jamaican public deserves not only through his music but in his overall delivery.
“Performing downtown for families at this show and being there to bring in 2013 with Jamaica is just a blessing - I'm really looking forward to it” stated Signal
Since his return to the island in November, Busy Signal has been in demand both locally and overseas and he expects 2013 to be quite an exceptional year and of course - he is more than ready.
