Junior Reid & Wada Blood To Headline U.S. Concert

Reggae stalwart Junior Reid and son Wada Blood along with other members of their outfit will depart the island this Thursday (December 13th) for the United States.

The two are booked as headliner for the One Blood Family In Concert showcase which unravels this Saturday, December 15th in Miami, Florida. The billing also features acts from the U.S.

This, along with stops in Little Haiti and other neighbouring communities will form part of their ongoing campaign to bolster the camps’ international presence while garnering support for Reid’s upcoming album titled Living Legend.

The ‘One Blood’ singer and Wada are expected to return to the island just in time for the Same Boat Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 22 at Club View in Kingston. The line-up also features Andrew Blood, Juju Royal alongside Rastafarian singers, I-Wayne, Lutan Fyah and veteran crooner Brian Gold.

Amidst the hectic schedule focus is also being placed on expanding their entrepreneurial capabilities with  the re-launch of ‘One Blood Saturdays’ which gets on the way this and every Saturday at Club View, Eastwood Park Road. The weekly event features musical styling courtesy of Darkcide International, Barba-Dee, DJ Vibes and guest jocks.
