A popular blogger and TV personality is the latest victim of a cyberattack after sexually explicit photos bearing her image were circulated on social media over the weekend.
It's understoods that unscrupulous persons have allegedly created a Twitter and Instagram account, which are being used as the platform for posting these nude photos. On Friday, when our news team first saw one of the fake social media pages, there were only three posts made.
One of the posts was purported to be a face shot of the fashion blogger, while the other two, a faceless nude shot and a half face shot, were all captioned.
One of the captions read, "Dat wat u doing - selling u video for money to buy dress and shoes blue movie star?"
While a previous post read, "Same face, same nose don't lie."
Efforts by the Media to get a comment from the blogger proved futile and persons associated with her have said that she does not intend to respond publicly or she may be pursuing legal recourse.
However, several posts from her official Twitter account, which were seemingly made the same day the 'malicious' images were made public, appear to be referring to the situation.
Meanwhile, the blogger is the latest popular female personality to have images purporting to be her circulating around the Internet.
In recent months, two dancehall artistes, Spice and Pamputae, also fell prey to similar cyberattacks.
