After being on the road for almost two months Reggae stalwart Nesbeth wrapped the final leg of his European/UK tour over the weekend with a stellar performance in Gloucester, England.
During the final show the singer used the opportunity to thank residents of the English city and patrons of the previous venues for their continued support of his career amid a reminder that it’s their unrelenting loyalty that inspires him to press forward and remain committed to the journey of spreading positive messages to the four corners of the world.
"Special thanks to all the ones who came out to listen to my messages through my Roots Rock Reggae music, my mission is to enlighten the world about the hidden truth. Word, sound is power. I aspire to travel the four corners of the earth as a true advocate of peace." – Nesbeth stated.
The tour which commenced in July saw the ‘Ole Gangalee’ singer exposing his brand of music to fans across the expanse of Europe with sojourns at several major festivals including Reggae Geel in Belgium, Germany’s Reggae Jam and Gruner Jager Club in Hamburg. From there Nesbeth shifted focus to the United Kingdom with performances in Manchester, London and Gloucester interspersed with a plethora of media engagements at prominent outlets such as Entertainment London, Round House Radio, UK Radio Wave, Realbeat FM, Mystic Radio Live and One Harmony Radio among a surfeit of others.
Schedule to return to the island later this week to begin promotion on his new single ‘My Dream’, the Jamaican entertainer in recapping said the tour was a great experience and gave him an opportunity to reconnect with fan while introducing his brand to new markets.
“International touring is not only an awesome experience for an artiste, but an extremely crucial tool in one’s growth. When you travel to different countries you have the ability to soak in everything, including the music, and bring it back home to create something completely new from those experiences. You can be that artiste that takes risks and incorporate some new influence that positively challenges people’s way of thinking”. – Nesbeth added.
