Alliance Next Generation (A.N.G) artiste Boom Steppa is currently on a six weeks tour of Germany and delivered his first performance last Saturday (March 26th, 2011) in Ratskeller, Bochum, Germany.

Since emerging on the scene in 2008 with his single on the Gangsta Beat Medley,  dancehall recording artiste Fabian Wilson more popularly known as Boom Steppa has been working assiduously to carve out his own niche in the local music industry.

The Spanish Town native scored his first official number one in Summer 2010, clinching the top spot on the RETV MVP Charts with the effort titled ‘Naw Stay Poor’ after making its official debut three weeks earlier.

The single written and produced by Wilson, tell a riveting tale of the everyday perils face by the less fortunate in our society and one man’s determination to break that cycle of poverty.

Aside from scoring its first No.1, the song is also charted in the Top 5 of the CVM Television Hitlist Countdown and continues to do well across the Caribbean Diaspora with favourable rotation on a number of noted radio and television stations throughout the region.

Since then Steppa has released a number of other singles including ‘Money’, ‘So Much To Me’ among others.
