It's understood that the Gaza boss whose correct name is Adidjah Palmer was shopping at the Upper Waterloo Road facility when he was approached by the lawmen who proceeded to cuff him following some brief dialog.
It's not clear if he has been arrested or questioned and released, as efforts to ascertain an explanation from the police proved futile.
