Ninja Kid Collaborates With I-Octane, ZJ WahWa & Richie Loops

After having a glorious run in the industry over a decade ago dancehall artiste Ninja Kid has returned with four scorching new singles namely; 'Menke', 'Taste & Buy', 'Internet Bad Boy' and 'Cups High' for the festive season. The artiste whose given name is Ojukwu Simpson has teams up with Richie Loops, popular radio jock ZJ WahWa and dancehall heavy hitter I-Octane to record collaborations all of which have been receiving favourable rotation on the FM airwaves.

Ninja Kid first gained attention a few weeks ago with his Darkcide International/Freeze Productions produced breakout single 'Menke' featuring ZJ WahWa and has not showed any signs of slowing down since.

I-Octane himself was recently quoted in a television interview as saying "Ninja Kid is gonna return as the next forward artiste of the year" meaning 'Comeback artiste of the Year', a gesture that Kid gladly welcomes from the ace deejay.

According to Kid, "to have someone like I-Octane a front runner in dancehall endorsing your career is a good look and provides that added encouragement needed to take your career to the next level. We recently did a collaboration and me respect the love it has been receiving from the music fraternity; also listen out for the mad thing with me and Richie Loops."

When asked about the possibility of a video Kid added, "We just shot the Menke Medley video, is Thursday night they premiered it in St. Lucia and St. Kitts and you know this week we doing the Jamaican debut." The medley also features rising star Chedda and newcomers Shades & Reack.

Kid intimated that plans are also in place for a intense promotional campaign heading into the Christmas season with a number of new projects from some of the best producers in the business.
