Ninja Kid Rocks Kite Festival & Cops 'Comeback Artiste Of The Year' Nomimation

Dancehall deejay Ninja Kid over the weekend left his imprint in St. Ann delivering commendable performances at Zip FM's ZJ Dymond Birthday celebrations and the Jamaica International Kite Festival.

Despite the heavy showers, that did very little to deter patrons who turned out in their numbers of witness some of their favourite acts on stage. Kid did not disappoint with a set that showed growth and experience while paying homage to the dignitaries in the audience.

Riding high with singles such as 'Menke' and 'Have Nuh Gal Like We', the artiste whose given name is Ojukwu Simpson has once again teamed up with emerging producer Markus Myrie for the thought provoking single 'Dem' currently making in rows on the radio waves. Talks are presently on the way for an accompanying video.

Meanwhile, Kid has been nominated for 'Comeback Artiste Of The Year' in this year's local Music Industry Achievers Awards (M.I.A) and is booked to appear at the Rumfire Ochi Explosion at Margaritaville, Ocho Rios on May 26th alongside fellow entertainers Blak Ryno, Konshens, Navino and Popcaan among others.
