Tarrus Riley Shoots 'Dream Woman' Video In New York

Singer Tarrus Riley recently completed the video shoot for his current radio hit Dream Woman. The video was shot on location in New York City under the direction of Rik Cordero and producer Mabricio Wilson.

Dream Woman which has been enjoying steady rotation on FM radio, was produced by Jordan McClure for Chimney Records.

In a release to the media, Riley spoke about the video shoot and working with the Cordero.

“I worked with Rik on the Superman video which did very well and I respect his work. The video for Dream Woman is very simple but to the point”, Riley explained.

The video was shot in parts of Queens and Long Island over a one day period. Wilson, who produced the video had high praises for working with Riley.

‘Tarrus’ fans can expect a well put together video with a lot of great visual. Tarrus is an artiste who enjoys his work and he’s easy to work with”, said Wilson.

Cordero who has directed videos for the likes of rappers Wale, N.O.R.E., Nas and hip hop act The Roots, injected his talents into the Dream Woman clip.

He said he wanted to incorporate a storyline where Riley was searching for his soul mate and the woman of his dreams.

“Everyone around Tarrus has found their soul mate and he wants to find that woman of his dreams. That’s really the essence of the video”, Cordero explained.

The video for Dream Woman is expected to be released on July 2.
