Lieutenant Stitchie has been confirmed as the headline act for the first ever Gospel Reggae Festival, to be held in the city of Abuja in Nigeria, this Sunday, October 4th.
According to a statement from Stitchie's camp, the promoter became interested in hosting the Dancehall governor after learning that quite a few of his new releases were getting heavy rotation at various secular events across the country.
Lt. Stitchie, who is currently in Kingston, Jamaica, welcomes the opportunity and says he is looking forward to the show. He will be backed by a live band, based in Nigeria, and the show is scheduled to take place at the Citadel and Towers Event Center.
It will also feature some of Nigeria’s top Reggae Gospel artists.
