Controversial entertainer Alkaline, who dominated the dancehall space in 2016, and recently walked away with ten nominations at the 10th annual Youth View Awards (YVAs) launch at Terra Nova Hotel is certainly intent on keep the attention on himself.
On Monday evening the Vendetta deejay after enduring months of ridicule and taunts from various entertainers has finally lashed out directly. Alkaline in a no holds-bar song titled "Microwave" has spewed his venom at the Unruly boss Popcaan who he address as a homosexual, chiding him for the Range Rover Evoque given to him by international rap star Drake as a gift.
Alkaline leveled a bevy of insults at Vybz Kartel's former protege including Popcaan's mother (Ms. Rhona) inability to save him with her prayers; 'kunking' his daughter (Rihanna) in her forehead before sending her to buy him a drink.
Speculations are that 'Microwave' is a direct response to Popcaan's earlier release titled 'Stray Dog' seemingly aimed at Alkaline.
