Government Minister Launches Program To Help Homeless Gays In Kingston [WATCH VIDEO]

The British High Commission has funded a study on how best to address the growing number of homeless gay men in the Kingston area. The study was initiated by Member of Parliament for St Andrew South Eastern Julian Robinson in partnership with the Peace Management Initiative (PMI).

The study is being done against the background of the constant relocation of a group of around 50 homeless gay men, who once occupied the Shoe Maker Gully in New Kingston.

Jamaica Forum of Lesbians, All-Sexuals and Gays (J-FLAG) is encouraged by this latest study and would like to see it fully implemented.
