Beenie Man To Undergo Hip Surgery

Dancehall deejay Beenie Man now riding high with a slew of singles such as 'Rum & Red Bull' and 'I'm Ok' has been advised by his doctors that he will have to take a break from his hectic schedule to undergo surgery.

The Dancehall Doctor whose correct name is Moses Davis has been diagnosed with a hip condition requiring him to undergo corrective surgery to resolve the problem.

Beenie Man is expected to check in a medicial facility this week to kick start the process. Following the surgery the artiste will take a short hiatus from the music scene to facilitate the recovery process.

After releasing his Beenie Man and Friends compilation late last year, the entertainer over the weekend shot the video for the project which features appearances from fellow entertainers Laden, D'Angel, Deva Brat, Cantana and Ceegee among others.
