The album entitled, “Bob Marley & The Wailers–Live Forever: The Stanley Theatre, Pittsburgh, Pa. ” was Bob’s final concert. The album is scheduled to hit the streets on February 1st right before what would have been the reggae icon’s 66th birthday.
Recorded 30 years ago while Marley was touring in support of his album Uprising, Live Forever is Bob Marley’s last recorded concert. This never before released audio collection offers an incredible snapshot of one of music’s most influential performers.
The album is already receiving buzz from international magazines such as the Wall street journal which quotes Marley historian Roger Steffens, as saying “the Pittsburgh show was significant because Bob had been given a few weeks to live not long before the performance. Even so, he flew to Pittsburgh.”
