The police on Wednesday morning found the severed head of a male believed to
be that of Navardo Hodges, a leading member of the Klansman gang and one of Jamaica's most wanted.
The gruesome find was made early this morning in the vicinity of the Sagicor Spanish Town Shopping Centre in St. Catherine.
Further investigations led the Police to Okra Lane near to 2 Port
Henderson Road along the Spanish Town By-pass where a headless body was discovered with gunshot wounds.
Investigators strongly believe that the body found on Okra Lane is that
of Hodges.
The police say Navardo Hodges was beheaded some time last night. At the time of his death the police had a reward of $500,000 for
Hodges. He was wanted for several murders in the St Catherine North
Division, especially Spanish Town.
Hundreds of residents converged in Spanish Town to get a glimpse of the remains. Both scenes are currently being processed.
