The alleged mastermind who operated a website called 'Jamaicangirlsexposed', notorious for publishing unauthorized nude photographs of hundreds of Jamaican women will appear in court this Wednesday.
Ronald Oates, 27, has been charged with unauthorized access, unauthorized obstruction, unlawfully making available data for the commission of an offence and obscene publication under the Cyber crime Act.
Oates will also answer to charges of extortion and conspiracy to extort under the Larceny Act. Computers, cell phones, photographs and pornographic videos were among the items found at Oates’ house when arrested.
Last Monday members of the Organised Crime Investigation Division arrested and charged Oates. In a press subsequent conference officials of OCID stated that the arrest was made after aid was received from overseas police personnel.
