Dancehall Superstar Aidonia who has been on an extensive tour of the United States since the reinstatement of his U.S work permit returned to the island over the Heroes Day weekend for a performance at the much publicized Marco Polo beach party to much fanfare.
However, it appears the 4th Genna boss is not amused by the recent scolding of Popcaan by Mavado which subsequently led to the Unruly Boss issuing an apology via his official Instagram page to the 'Beat & Teach' singer.
It's further understood that Aidonia is wasting no time and has already recorded a surfeit of singles aimed at the Gully Gad, the first of which is set for release in the coming days. According to exclusive information reaching the offices of 876ENT the first single titled 'Fat .40' produced by Foota Hype on his FHM imprint sees the 'Trigger Work It' deejay taking direct shots at Mavado.
When quizzed about the real reason for the diss track a source close to Aidonia said, "Didi no inna no chatting with no man.." but told 876ENT that the deejay has kicked off an aggressive recording campaign.
"him forward a studio last night and lock the door an a dis morning me see him cut... so you know a mad ting fi di rest a di year".
Efforts to reach Aidonia for a comment proved futile as calls to the entertainer's phone went unanswered.
876ENT was able to secure an exclusive snippet of 'Fat .40' which we have embedded below for your listening.
