Juju Blood & Yung Jr. To Release EPs For Christmas

Yung Jr. and Juju Blood, sons of Reggae icon Junior Reid are intent on carry on the legacy created by their celebrity father. Like offsprings from other musical families the two are trying to carve their own niche in the Jamaican music space.

Burgeoning stars in their own right the young Reids are gearing up to release a pair of videos this weekend under the Money Green Productions imprint. Titled “Weh Mi Come From” featuring Wada Blood and “Raggamuffin”, a solo effort by Yung Jr. The videos allude to the everyday struggles and perils of the lower income earners and less fortunate of our society with some gritty visuals to bolster the experience. The visuals were shot throughout the Kingston and St.Andrew metropolis under the watchful eye of director Simon Thompson with editing credits courtesy of Yosef Imagination.

Aside from the video premiers a pair of EPs are currently in the works, slated for release this Christmas. The projects though still untitled will mark their official entry into the local music space and digital music market.
In a release to the media their management intimated, “We are planning an aggressive promotional campaign heading into the festive season so fans of the One Blood Family can look out for some great music and performances from Juju Blood and Yung Jr. We’ll be everywhere promoting the projects.”

The EPs once released will become available on iTunes and other digital platform.

Juju Blood and Yung Jr. are also working with older sibling Wada Blood on a number of upcoming projects.
