Currently riding high with the singles ‘Love & Adore You’ and ‘Pedal’, the latter featured on the Dat Nuh Hard rhythm compilation, Reggae singer Teflon is set to spearhead a charity concert in his hometown over the festive season. The St. Mary native will play host to an annual treat for the children of his community as part of the philanthropic endeavours being embarked on by his company Yard A Love Records.
In a release to the Media Teflon says, “I am simply trying to do my part in assisting the children not only in my community or St. Mary but the wider Jamaica because everyone is aware that times are difficult so it’s important as an entertainer, role model and a citizen of this country that we do whatever we can to ease that burden while helping the next generation to progress positively. It’s the holiday season for them so I just want to see them enjoy themselves.”
Slated for Saturday, December 28th the outing will see a plethora of top flight entertainers and corporate entities lending their support to the worthy cause as both parents and children get to revel in the festivities associated with the season amidst enjoying clean family oriented entertainment.
