Jamaican Rastafarian singer Anthony B is now on the path to recovery following a frightening ordeal over the weekend that saw him being hospitalized.
It's understood that approximately 4:30am. on Saturday, October 6th, the international Reggae act collapsed shortly after his performance at a night club in Dallas, Texas and had to be rushed to the hospital. According to a report from his team, the actual cause of illness is still unknown but they suspect physical exhaustion could be a factor.
"At this time there is no confirmation from the doctors as to the exact diagnosis, but we strongly believe that Anthony B has been overworked and strongly suspect dehydration" says Ronnie Tomlinson, Anthony B's publicist.
It is still unclear the duration for which the singer will be admitted. However this management team stated that as the situation develops and information becomes available, his fans and the public will be notified.
Anthony B is currently admitted at the Methodist Dallas Medical Center, Dallas Texas.
The singer is best known for songs such as 'Mr. Heartless', 'Raid The Barn' and 'Live Over Death'.
