Dancehall artiste Wayne Marshall has scored an impressive 3 million views in 24 hours of the video for the hit single Go Hard. The video premiered on U.S based website wordstarhiphop.com on Monday December 17th.

The single is produced by Baby G on the Ghetto Youths International label.Go Hard features top Jamaican artiste such as Aidonia, Bounty Killer, Agent Sasco, I Octane, Vybz Kartel and Damian“Jr. Gong” Marley. The track has been doing well and has hit the No.1 spot on many dancehall charts, more recently two weeks on Richie B’s Hot Mix, Marshall says with palpable enthusiasm “It’s crazy. I really feel like that song is a big deal.”

Marshall says the creative process behind “Go Hard” started with him and Baby G seeking to create a “mixtape style” record around an explosive rhythm track built by in-demand studio musician Teetimus. “We wanted to make a big collaborative dancehall track with that kind of Wu-Tang feel,” Marshall explains. “Hip-hop energy blended with that dancehall snare—just something anthem-like.”

Most of the video was shot on location in Jamaica with Ras Kassa; The Guru at the helm, changing hats from producer, director and to editor through out this production.
