Darkcide International selector and Suncity FM radio personality Sunjock Calico aka the 'Sunboss' has been enlisted to appear as a senior judge for an upcoming DJ competition.
Still in its infancy, the series is air-marked to make its official debut in the coming months via one of Jamaica's most popular cable networks. Details surrounding the competition are scarce at this time as the show producers remains tight-lipped.
However, Prism Marketing understands the project is a collaborative effort between two corporate media entities. Further checks revealed that at least three episodes of the series have been shot so far at various locations throughout the Kingston and St. Andrew metropolis.
Meanwhile, with his newly released 'SUNBOSS' mixtape [listen here] sweeping the streets and racking up impressive numbers online, SJ Calico and the Darkcide team is set to invade the University of the West Indies, Mona this weekend for the much publicized 'Swinging Engine' soca party to be held on March 1 at the Student Union.
Plans are also afoot for his inaugural birthday celebration slated for June 22 dubbed 'Sunboss'.
