Bramma Signs 5 Artiste & Premiers 'Have Dis' Video

Despite all the perils currently facing the local music industry, Dancehall recording artiste Bramma ‘Di Gorilla’ continues to experience upward mobility in his career. Now signed to S-Lock Entertainment the deejay who scored his first No.1 earlier this year with the Stephen McGregor produced ‘Cha Cha Bwoy’ is gearing up for a series of lengthy tours across North America and the Caribbean in the weeks ahead. This comes on the heel of the culmination of his island-wide tour. 

However, Bramma is not content with only being an artiste and is now dabbling into the entrepreneurial realm with the signing of five new acts to the label. The group known as the ‘Gorilla Squad’ consist of four males and one female deejay namely: Idus, Krucial, RP, X-File and Diamond aka Ms. Baddaz respectively. Though, talented individuals in their own right the group recently shot the video for their first official collaboration on the imprint titled ‘Have Dis’.

Showcasing their skill-set, the visuals captured under the watchful eyes of director Simeon of Simeon Hedge Concept sees the quintet; all hailing from Duhaney Park declaring themselves as the most lethal musical group and warns potential contenders to stay clear of any lyrical confrontation with line such as, “Gorillas dem out mi fren RP say a we run di route.... Idus lock East, West, North and South.... Have dis, hol dem deh we a di baddest a di century, fi dem badness ah elementary di place haffi buss like bembe” among other potent lines. 
Last weekend the video premiered on national television to rave reviews and already threatens several of the popular charts with its increasing momentum.

According to Bramma, ‘Have Dis‘ is the first of several major projects set for release via the label.

“Right now we are working on a number of projects for the whole team so just look out for lots of new music coming from the camp including my next single ‘Birds of a Feather’. I also have something coming out for Stephen on the Jump Out Rhythm, but as I said, is just crazy work for the rest of the year, when you don’t see us in the studio we in the streets promoting.” – He added.

Meanwhile, Bramma’s single ‘Weh Mi Do’ presently occupies the No.4 spot on Tribe Of Kings Riddim Transmission radio show in California U.S.A.
