Portmore Empire Deejay Gaza Slim Questioned By Police

Portmore Empire recording artiste Vanessa Bling, better known as Gaza Slim, was taken into custody on Sunday afternoon by members of a police party, but was later released.

According to the report, Gaza Slim and another man who were passengers in Vybz Kartel's Benz were apprehended by the police on Upper Waterloo Road. They were spotted by members of the Flying Squad on patrol in the area and taken into custody.

The two were questioned and Vanessa Bling was subsequently released.

Meanwhile, the unidentified man who is allegedly wanted by the police remains in custody.

Despite conflicting reports, Vybz Kartel remains adamant that he was not arrested by the lawmen nor was he on location at the time of the incident.

Gaza Slim is known for songs such as One Man and Nah Gi Yuh Bun among others.
