After several daunting years of trying to break into the Dancehall mainstream J.O.P deejay Deablo is a much happier man these days.

The emerging star over the weekend scored the first No.1 of his career on the TVJ Entertainment Report chart for the collaborative effort 'Run Road' with mentor Aidonia. The song is also the first chart topper for both Aidonia and Deablo since the start of 2012.

"Run Road is now the #1 song in Jamaica 1 of the happiest moment in my life !!! give thnx jah!!!"

Similar sentiments were echoed by Aidonia whose Tad Tuddy remains at the No.4 but is expected to clinch the top spot soon based on the increased rotation the single has been enjoying. The official video as racked up over half million views via Youtube.

Meanwhile, Aidonia, Deablo and other members of the J.O.P outfit are expected to depart the island this weekend for Barbados where they will headline the Banks Beer sponsored Reggae Jam World to be held at the Carlisle House in St. Michael on Saturday, October 20th. The group also performed at the just concluded Port Royal Seafood Festival over the Heroes Weekend delivering a commendable set.
