Veteran Dancehall artiste, Delly Ranx will be in Jamaica later this month to shoot the music video for his hot new single “The Next Chapter.” The video will be directed by Terminal 4 Media.
The Caribbean island known for its’ picturesque backdrops was chosen as the ideal setting for the visuals. When quizzed about a concept Jay Jay of Terminal 4 explained, “we want to keep that a surprise” but intimated that the video will follow the theme of the song while showcasing Delly as a timeless artiste who performs meaningful music in Dancehall and now in Reggae.
She continued expressing that, “Fans and music lovers’ are gravitating towards this song because it echoes maturation in their own lives so we are going to deliver a video that they can gravitate to as well.”
During a recent interview, Delly was asked what fans can expect from the video to which the artist responded “when I heard the riddim, the words just flowed, and we are going to make that same flow happen in the video. Now is the right time to share the next chapter with my fans both musically and now in visually.”
The self-reflective song, taken from his latest album of a similar name, embraces the new path and direction Delly’s life takes as he transitions from yesterday to today. Offering personal references to his life’s journey, Delly engages fans with lyrics that come from the heart.
Produced by Madd Spider Productions, “The Next Chapter” has become a fan favourite in several countries across the globe including sections of North America and Europe.
