Chuck Fenda Freed Of Criminal Charges

Entertainer Chuck Fenda was freed of criminal charges when he appeared in court yesterday.

The deejay, whose real name Leshorn Whitehead, appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court.

The matter which came up before Resident Magistrate Llyle Armstrong was dismissed after the probation department was consulted and the parties decided on mediation.

Allegations outlined were that on March 23, 2015, at about 9:30 p.m, the entertainer went to pick up his daughter in Portmore where an argument developed with his babymother.

 It is reported that he boxed and kicked her all over her body causing swellings on her face, a cut to her neck and bruises to the knees.

The two, who were reportedly seen talking amicably before the case was called up, were sent to the mediation department and a successful agreement was made. 

The case was then dismissed against Chuck Fenda.
