It was a challenging year in several regards but the nominations are testament that, hard work and a focused mind will always reap good rewards. I must also use this opportunity to congratulate all the other nominees and thank both event organizers for their valiant efforts in highlighting and awarding real people within the industry for their tireless work through the years.”

The 5th staging of the Music Industry Achievers Awards in set to unfold on Friday, April 24th at the Courtleigh Auditorium in New Kingston while details surrounding the STAR Awards are still tentative.
