Romain Virgo Donates Half Million Dollars To High School

In celebration of Child Month, Romain Virgo has made a generous contribution to the Music Department of his alma mater Aabuthnott Gallimore High School in Alexandria, St Ann.

The donation valued at $500,000 is to acquire music and audio equipment for the institution.

Prior to the presentation, a charity concert was held at the school featuring Romain Virgo and Friends in concert.

Other performers included Bugle and Loyal Flames.

Romain Virgo, who gained national fame after winning the 2007 Digicel Rising Stars competition, attended the Aabuthnott Gallimore high between 2002 and 2007.
