Dancehall Producer Arrested In U.S on Gun and Cocaine Charges


The entertainment industry has been rocked again by news that a well-known dancehall producer, who hails from Spanish Town community in St. Catherine and operates a Records label in that area, was nabbed in the United States by police and is being held without bail.

Its understood the popular producer, was wanted on several charges in Jamaica.

He was arrested in Miami, Florida in mid-May on cocaine trafficking, money laundering and gun related charges. The record label is known for several hit projects, including Head of State riddim and Fire Supreme riddim.

This is the second music producer held by US authorities in the past six months with well-known dancehall-reggae producer Anju Blaxx facing lottery scamming charges in a North Dakota prison.
