Gospel Artiste Stitchie Predicts Bounty Killer & Mr.Vegas Will Be The Next To Get Baptised

While gospel artiste Stitchie is rejoicing that Lady Saw is now a "new servant of the Lord", the DJ  is expecting more secular artistes to trade dancehall for the cross.

Speaking with members of the media yesterday, Stitchie named two big dancehall acts that he expects to give their lives to God in the near future.

"Mr. Vegas is next. His heart is in that place you know so mi nah stop pray. And then Bounty Killer." Stitchie declared.

Stichie referred to his gospel track "Fast And Pray" as he stated that he has been praying for years, with the hope that all his "friends in the dancehall" will give their lives to God.

"This morning I just called Ninja Man to speak to him about Christ, it's something that I have always been doing. That is why I go to all of these secular events to share with them how good God has been to me and to remind them of where I am coming from and where I am now," Stitchie said.

Stitchie, 50, also revealed that he, like Lady Saw, got baptised on December 14.

"It was I who introduced her in the business twenty-seven years ago from a dance in St. Mary and get her on to Stereo 1 sound system that I was the main DJ of. And to see her get baptised  on the 14th of December, the same day I got baptised in 1997 is a matter of excitement for me. we share the same spiritual birthday," Stitchie said between laughs.
