Currently promoting his hot new singles 'Dutty Shake' produced by DJ Blaze Worldwide and Dem Lips by Jay Crazie Records; Dancehall artiste Raytid who shot to prominence earlier this year with the single 'Blah Daff' continues to up the ante on his career for the festive season.
Aside from infiltrating the international market and bullying its way onto several playlists the official video for 'Blah Daff' last week broke the one million mark on VEVO amid topping a number of charts across the diaspora, the single continues to see an upward trend in North American and Europe.
A seemingly pleased Raytid attributes the accomplishment to the hard work he has been putting in over the past year and says this is just the beginning of great things to come.
Later today (Monday, December 21) the deejay and his team will converge on Port Royal for the official video shoot for 'Dutty Shake'. The dance move of a similar name is currently one of the hottest new trends on the local entertainment circuit for females.
Meanwhile, Raytid who now sports a very light skin complexion has denied engaging in the current skin bleaching trend. The 'Dutty Shake' singer has come under heavy criticism from members of the wider entertainment fraternity after he was spotted during a recent performance donning a very pale complexion complimented by dreadlocks and an abundance of tattoos.
The artiste has attributes his lightened complexion to always being inside the air conditioned studio and out of direct sunlight.
