Dancehall Producer Russian Changes His Name

Dancehall producer Tarik Johnston formerly known as 'Russian' has decided to modify his name changing the spelling from 'Russian' to 'Rvssian'.

When asked the reason, the Head Concussion boss explained that it was "due to complications when researched online" but intimates that despite the new spelling the pronunciation remains intact. 

Not only is the producing maestro quipped with a new name but several accompanying projects including new music from I-Octane, Vybz Kartel, Demarco and a soon-to-be-released music video for Chan Dizzy's 'Hypocrite Hail'.

An artiste in his own right Rvssian earlier in the year released a collaborative effort with incarcerated Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel dubbed 'The Cure Fi Badmind'
