Reggae singer Damarah Danni more popularly known as Dann-I, now back on track following an unfortunate incident in which his road manager Adrian ‘Prof’ Wright was stabbed but thankfully made a full recovery the artiste is now shifting things into high gear.
The Rastafarian crooner recently premiered the official video for his single 'Put Another Reggae Pon Top' on national television which has been making significant in-rows on the international scene becoming one of the most heavily rotated track in the European Reggae market.
Shot by director King Simeon Di Great throughout the thoroughfares of Kingston and St. Andrew the video is one of Dann-I's best efforts to date and advocates for the return of Reggae to the fore. The carefully crafted composition also pays homage to several Reggae stalwarts.
Speaking with his management Sons Of Spoon Records it was revealed that plans are afoot to amp the campaign around the video and single heading into the festive season.
On the subject of festive the artiste also celebrated another milestone and birthday yesterday (Monday, October 26) and we would like to extend our best wishes to him and his team on this special day.
